August in Review: Rituals, Remedies & Renewal

August always carries with it a duality: the height of summer’s vibrancy paired with the first whispers of change. It was a month of mindful movement, natural remedies, and moments of deep connection; both with our community and the Montana landscapes that inspire our work.

Honoring National Wellness Month
This year, we enjoyed joining our friends at Live Love Spa in celebrating National Wellness Month. Every August, the initiative focuses on cultivating intentional rituals by pausing, breathing, and carving out space for healing in our everyday lives. National Wellness Month is a reminder that self-care doesn’t need to be complicated; it can be as simple as unplugging for an hour, taking a long walk, or grounding ourselves with familiar rituals that restore balance.

The Beauty of Montana in Summer
Montana in August is an experience unto itself. The light lingers longer, painting the skies in golden tones. The air feels expansive, crisp yet warm, carrying with it the scents of pine and earth. Cary and Kim spent time reconnecting with nature’s rhythms, including a restorative visit to Glacier National Park. Standing before its ancient glaciers, alpine lakes, and endless mountain ranges, we were reminded of the timeless power of nature to heal and renew. These landscapes continue to be our greatest teacher.

Recovery Through Montana Remedy
August was also the month we embraced our newest creation: Montana Remedy. Designed to support recovery and relief, this natural formula reflects our philosophy of honoring the earth’s gifts. Rooted in Montana botanicals and created to ease tension and restore balance, it has quickly become a staple for those seeking grounded, effective healing.

We are grateful to work alongside our Blackfeet Tribal partners, whose wisdom and connection to the land continue to guide and inspire us. With each launch, we’re also committed to giving back. A portion of proceeds supports local food banks in Montana, ensuring that wellness extends beyond the spa and into our wider community.

August reminded us that healing is both personal and communal. It’s the quiet moments in nature, the practices that restore our energy, and the traditions we carry forward together. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share these experiences with you and look forward to continuing the journey into new seasons.
