Any freight damage must be reported by buyer to the carrier or shipping company immediately after receipt of shipment no later than 48 hours. Any missing or damaged products must also be reported to JAMU Asian Spa Rituals by buyer within 48 hours of receipt in writing to email@example.com. Products that are returned without prior approval will not be accepted by our Receiving Department. Products that are returned with our approval, for reasons other than defect, must be returned within 30 days of receipt at the buyers expense and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping/handling is non refundable. In case of complaints about the characteristics, condition, quality of any goods, written notice is required within 30 days of receipt. Justified complaints will be met, at our discretion, either by price reduction, replacement or return.
